Turbo factory was established in 2009, it specializes in research, development, manufacturing and service of turbochargers. The total investment of Tthis factory is more than 50 million RMB, covering an area of more than 20000 m2 , in which, the plant area covers 8,000 m2 with annual capacity of 1000 sets of turbochargers . The factory has a strong design team with rich experiences in turbocharger technology innovation, with leading CAD / CAM / CFD / FEA-based design methods, equipped with advanced production equipment such as high-speed five-axis machining centers, pentahedron gantry machining centers, high-speed CNC lathes, high-precision CNC lathes, flywheel friction welding machines, as well as reliable testing equipment such as high-precision dynamic balance machines, three-dimensional detectors, cylindricity measuring instrument, test bed etc., it can ensure our products meet the market needs in efficiency, timely high quality and satisfactory service.
200T special flywheel friction machine
In order to ensure that intensity of welding seam of the turbine shaft is 100% stable and reliable, factory has successfully R&D a 200 T special flywheel friction welding machine and made into application, which enables company became a professional company providing seriation flywheel friction welding solutions. Since then, it can thoroughly solve the problem of shaft broken during turbocharger operation in engine.
